Calling all fiber enthusiats!

Participate as a Vendor at the Kings County Fiber Festival

Dear Prospective Fiber Festival Exhibitor,

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in a landmark year for the Kings County Fiber Festival. After 13 successful years of celebrating the fiber arts, we are moving to a premier new home: La Placita, a stunning 10,000-square-foot indoor event space located at 116th Street and Park Avenue in Manhattan.

We welcome participation from all fiber crafting businesses and manufacturers that are involved in the fiber industry.   Expand your retail market at the Kings County Fiber Festival and reach more than 10,000 consumers of fiber on this beautiful autumn day. This is your opportunity to gain NEW customers who will embrace the high quality of natural fibers and yarns.

By joining us on Saturday, October 10th, you will have the opportunity to showcase your brand to thousands of dedicated fiber enthusiasts. This year’s move to East Harlem—steps away from the Metro-North and the 6 Train—combines our loyal long-term following with a high-traffic urban audience seeking the highest quality natural fibers, yarns, and handmade goods.

Why Exhibit at KCFF 2026?

  • A Guaranteed Environment: Our new venue is a fully sheltered, professional indoor hall. You can exhibit with confidence, knowing your inventory is protected from the elements in a beautiful, light-filled historic space.

  • Targeted Growth: Reach a sophisticated market of knitters, crocheters, weavers, and quilters who prioritize independent dyers and artisan toolmakers.

  • The KCFF Legacy: As a 14-year institution, we provide a turnkey retail experience with a dedicated marketing reach across the tri-state area.

  • Integrated Promotion: Every vendor will be featured in our inaugural commemorative festival newsletter, distributed to all attendees as a permanent directory and site map.

Next Steps: Please complete the linked application form and review our updated participation guidelines. Space in the La Placita hall is curated to ensure a diverse and high-caliber marketplace for all exhibitors.

We look forward to welcoming you to Manhattan this October.
